  Dubai is the most populous and second largest emirate of the United Arab Emirates after Abu Dhabi and famous for its high standards of luxury, the only 7 star hotel in the world and above all its exclusive property development projects.
   
 
We all know the images of the stunning Burj al Arab Hotel situated majestically at the ocean front. This extraordinary piece of engineering by Atkins and the architectural achievements from Tom Wright claimed the worlds media and made us all look at Dubai.
   
 
Next to the Burj al Arab, Dubai has some other great property projects where you can actually own a piece.
