Buying property in Bulgaria, ski property, sunny beach or maybe both?
   
  The Bulgarian property market in terms of property being sold to people from outside the country has increasing with an enormous speed. Especially the British noticed Bulgaria as a great country to buy a property together with the very pleasant property prices in combination with even better return on investment expectations.
   
 
Property in Bulgaria is cheap compared with properties in other countries and cheap property is what most people are looking for that are interested in buying a property in Bulgaria.
   
 
There are basically two large popular regions offering roughly two distinct things to do. The first and most popular region is the area situated at the black sea coastline. The black sea offers great opportunities and the most popular spot is sunny beach located 35 kilometres north of Bourgas and 95 kilometres south of Varna. This popular region in Bulgaria offers not only great opportunities to buy a property well suited to spend your holidays, but also superb Bulgarian investment property opportunities.
   
 
The second area that is very popular is located in the south-western part of Bulgaria not far from Sofia where people can find the best ski property in Bulgaria. The wintertime offers great skiing here, but in summertime the area is great for hiking.
