At Property Alert you will have multiple functionalities available, but not all are generally available. Subscribing for "My PropertyAlert" enables you to use both more functionalities and utilize the general available features in a more optimum way. All functionalities are described below.

Simply provide your search criteria and click on the "Go" button. Our property search engine will present you all the PropertyAlert listed properties matching your search criteria.

In order to perform a search for properties matching more detailed search criteria you have the Advanced Search option available. You can set preferences related to the property itself, its location and the surrounding area.

Map search enables you to search for properties by navigating over the map of the world. By zooming in and out on the by you preferred geographical area’s you can find the PropertyAlert listed properties as they are all placed and displayed on the map. View the exact location of a property, explore the surrounding area, and view all the property details, simply by clicking on the properties icons.

Provide your search criteria in either the quick search or advanced search box and click on the "Set PropertyAlert" button. Provide your email address, and our unique system will keep you updated on the latest listed properties matching your search criteria. From now on you will be the first to know when a properties matching your criteria are listed!

Provide or adjust your search criteria in your "My PropertyAlert" account and click on the "Set PropertyAlert" button. Our unique system will send you an email of all the latest listed properties matching your criteria, at a frequency that you decide. You will also have the possibility available to create multiple search profiles.

Set all your preferences and save them in your personal profile. If preferred PropertyAlert keeps you updated and informs you when new properties corresponding with your profile are listed (Property Alert and My Shortlist). You can also opt to let PropertyAlert use your personal details when sending an enquiry. Finding your new dream home will be more convenient than ever.

Search for properties using our property search engine and store the properties of your interest in your personal portfolio by clicking the "add to my properties" link available next to every property listing. Creating your personal list containing only properties of your interest makes the selection procedure even easier.

Service that automatically sends details of your property requirements to all the relevant PropertyAlert registered real estate agents in your selected search area. The agencies will know your profile and contact you once they have property/properties of your interest. Please note that the real estate agents are not obliged to contact you after receiving the email containing your search criteria.

We can keep you updated on new developments, website features, promotional offerings and special announcements from PropertyAlert. Clearly, this feature is optional.

View all the enquiries and info requests that you've made trough PropertyAlert, the reactions you have received, and send follow up emails. You can use this system for all your contact with the PropertyAlert real estate agents.

The functionality you should use is dependent on what your requirements are and what results you want to get. The quickest way of finding property that meet the most important requirements is using the quick search functionalities. In case you are more demanding about the results you get, and for example want to store the properties you are interested in, we advise to use to subscribe for "My PropertyAlert".

When you found a property you are interested in you can either store it in your personal property portfolio (available for my PropertyAlert registered users only), contact the real estate agent involved, Mail all the information regarding the property to your friend(s), family or partner, print all the information regarding the property or create a PDF file of the full details page. All these features are accessible through the links as presented in the search results and or the "full details pages" (page you enter after clicking "view all property details".

Next to both the search results and the page containing all information regarding the property (full details page, accessible after clicking the "view all property details" link) you will find a link called "contact agent". By clicking on this link you are presented a form with on the left side additional information on the real estate agent that listed that property and the telephone number of that specific estate agent. By completing this form and clicking on the "Contact Agent" button you send an information request/enquiry to the real estate agent offering the property. The real estate agent will contact you within 3 working days.

After entering the PropertyAlert website you can click in the "My PropertyAlert" link as available in the header bar. On the right side you can provide your username and password en click on the "login" button.

In case you have forgotten your can let PropertyAlert send you your password. To do so, you click on the "forgot password" as provided in the login box. In the screen displayed on the next page you can provide your email address. We will immediately send your login info to your email account. Please note that you will have to specify the same email address that you have provided when registering for "My PropertyAlert".

Yes, after registering for "My PropertyAlert" you are able to create multiple search profiles. You can easily modify, add, remove, activate and de-activate one of your personal PropertyAlert profiles.

An additional question we often get is why we do not work with a "pay once sold" fee structure. The reason we do not work in such way simple. We can not track whether a lead that PropertyAlert produced eventually resulted in an actual sale or not.
