Detached Splendid Landaise build in1800 with half-timbering’s, 145 m² of living space in a perfect state of conservation, on a land (Airial) of 5600 m² with dependences, within a framework green and resting.
Located in a very pleasant district of the surroundings of Sore, this traditional Landaise knew to cross time without being denatured by its various owners: visible beams, small squares windows, sawn timber doors, main road, lime plaster white, half-timbering’s, natural rock under the hood and squares of the Gironde on the whole of the ground floor... You are transported in the past!
The principal entry of the house, directed is, is protected by a central hood from 20 m² with an access on the floor by a staircase out of wooden.
